C. Computer Upgrades
EHA allows customers to upgrade their base computer system. Generally, this is a good idea to "future proof" your machine as new emulators and games come out with new hardware demands.
Available Upgrades
- GTX 1660 GPU — NVIDIA GTX 1660 Super graphics card for gaming, with dual fans. Newer games on Omega benefit from the enhanced power, and as games continue to grow more complex, this card helps keep the system current.
- Core i7 CPU — Standard machines come with an Intel 10th Gen i5 10400F. The Core i7 provides additional horsepower for complex gaming — faster and less lag than the standard i5.
- 1 TB Boot Drive — Standard is 500 GB. The 1 TB boot drive is required for Omega. A 2 TB boot drive is available for just a few dollars more and is recommended.
- 8 TB Omega Expansion Drive — Adds 100+ new customer-requested PC games, more PS3 games, and movies/documentaries.
- Omega Drive (16 TB) — The newest upgraded hard drive, highly recommended. Includes 8 GB of DDR4 RAM upgrade (taking machine to 16 GB total).
