We have been building custom arcade machines since 2003, and we sold our 1st machine on eBay back when eBay was in its infancy.
From 2003 to early 2020, we built everything by hand including all machines cut and assembled by hand.
In 2020, we implemented a state of the art CNC machine to do most of the cutting and it still cuts our machines out every day. This has allowed us to be more efficient and signficantly improve our custom arcade turnaround time. We still pride ourselves in assembling everything by hand after it is cut by our CNC machine, gluing and screwing every connection.
We continue to produce our custom machines and ship them all over the world. Since our start, we have custom built and shipped 3,000+ machines in almost 25 years of business.
For the 1st 5 years, I did everything myself in my garage (on my parents property) which was a residential area. Building everything by hand including all machines cut and assembled by hand. It was a crazy site to have Semi Trucks coming down the street 2 to 3 times a day to load up our machines to send out to our early customers.
Things started to pick up and I needed some help. So, I added my 1st employee in 2008, added another in 2009, three more in 2010, and two more in 2011. The team had formed and we were able to make more machines than ever. By 2018, our innovation had made our machines more unique and begin to really stand out.
At this point we had increased in sales around 20% a year from 2003 to 2019. By 2020 we had 12 Employees working in a garage with only 1,500 sq ft of space, and around 40-60% growth on average starting that year. You could say we were growing out of our humble space.
We are still building and innovating. We continue to produce our custom machines and ship them all over the World. Since our start, we have custom built and shipped 3,000+ machines all over the world in almost 25 years of business now and we are excited to see what's next.
