03. What is the difference between a Pre-Built and Custom order?

We ship out Pre-Built arcades within 3-4 weeks compared to around 3 months on Custom orders. Our Pre-Built arcades have some customization available, while Custom builds have the FULL range customization available. Custom builds are a blank slate and made to order!

04. What games are on the system?

Play all of the classic arcade and console games when upgrading to our latest 66TB drive system with 73,000+ games. This includes everything through PS2 into PS3 and Switch/PC games coming out today. Not seeing a game you want, request it! We are adding games daily and encourage our customers to submit games they wannt!

06. How are your arcades shipped and delivered?

Every arcade is carefully crated and shipped via freight carrier directly to your door! Our team coordinates the entire shipping process and will keep you updated every step of the way. Standard delivery is curbside, but white glove inside delivery is available as an upgrade.
All arcades are fully assembled and tested before shipping — simply unbox, plug in, and play! Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks after your arcade ships. Light Guns are the perfect addition for your machine! Each gun is pre-calibrated to ensure accurate aim for hours of fun! Choose between Non Recoil or Recoil Aimtrak guns or upgrade further to Gun4IR. Includes gun holsters installed for easy storage.

Visit our online store and complete the checkout process for a PRE-BUILT arcade OR submit our CUSTOM order form. You will receive a phone call or email within 24 business hours to confirm your order and collect your $1,000 down payment. Your full payment is due AFTER we complete your arcade and you approve your "FINAL PHOTOS" just prior to shipping.
