Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Extreme Home Arcades website or purchasing any of our products. By accessing our website at extremehomearcades.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Extreme Home Arcades is a Wisconsin-based business specializing in custom-built and pre-built arcade machines. We are located at 3041 Michigan Avenue, Stevens Point, WI 54481. You may reach us by phone at 715-212-8063 or by email at info@extremehomearcades.com.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:
• Use the site to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without our express written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
We offer two types of arcade products: Pre-Built arcades (shipped within approximately 3–4 weeks) and Custom orders (typically 3 months to build). Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
After placing an order through our website or by phone, you will receive a confirmation call or email within 24 business hours. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to begin production on your order. Your remaining balance is due after we complete your arcade and you have approved your Final Photos, and before we ship.
Prior to shipping, we will send you photos of your completed arcade for your review and approval. Your approval of the Final Photos constitutes your acceptance that the arcade has been built to your specifications. We will not ship until you provide explicit approval.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of your order and reflected in your invoice is the price you will be charged.
Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by applicable law based on the shipping destination. Wisconsin customers will be charged applicable Wisconsin sales tax.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and Affirm financing. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Affirm financing is subject to Affirm's separate terms and credit approval. Extreme Home Arcades makes no representations regarding Affirm's financing terms, approval decisions, or rates.
All arcades are shipped fully assembled via freight carrier. Standard delivery is curbside. White glove inside delivery is available as a paid upgrade. We coordinate the shipping process and will provide you with tracking information and carrier contact details.
Delivery typically occurs 1–2 weeks after your arcade ships. While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the freight carrier. We carefully crate each arcade before shipment. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours.
You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for freight delivery and that adequate space exists inside your home or premises for the arcade. All arcades can be moved through a standard 30-inch doorway by removing the control panel. A 3-piece build upgrade is available for challenging installations.
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following warranty coverage:
• 1-Year Warranty on all electronic parts and components
• Lifetime Warranty on all hands-on (structural/cabinet) parts
• Free software updates for life
Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions. To obtain warranty service, contact us directly at the information in Section 14. We will respond to all warranty inquiries within 1 business day.
Remote support via TeamViewer is installed on each build and available for troubleshooting. Tutorial videos and weekly Live Streams are provided as supplemental support resources.
Because custom arcade orders are built to your specifications, the $1,000 deposit is non-refundable once production begins. If you wish to cancel a custom order before production has begun, please contact us immediately. Cancellations after production begins will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and any refund will reflect work already completed and materials purchased.
For pre-built arcades, cancellation requests made before the arcade ships may be eligible for a refund minus any restocking and processing fees. Once an arcade has shipped, it cannot be returned unless it arrives in a defective condition that cannot be remedied through our warranty service.
If your arcade arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible under our warranty terms.
All content on the Extreme Home Arcades website—including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software—is the property of Extreme Home Arcades or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our site without our express written permission.
Arcade machine themes incorporating game titles, characters, and artwork (including but not limited to Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, and Star Wars) are licensed or used in accordance with applicable fair use doctrines. All associated trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
If you submit photos, reviews, comments, or other content to us (via our website, email, or social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Except as expressly stated in our product warranty (Section 6), our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extreme Home Arcades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, your purchase of our products, or your reliance on any information provided on our site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Extreme Home Arcades, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of our website or products, or any content you submit to us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase from us shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Portage County, Wisconsin, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
